WWE star Ludwig Kaiser has landed in legal trouble after an allegedly steamy elevator makeout session spiraled into violence.
According to a Thursday, May 21, report from Us Weekly, the 35-year-old wrestler — whose real name is Marcel Barthel — was arrested for misdemeanor battery following an altercation with a neighbor at his Orlando, Florida, apartment complex.
Per the police report obtained by the outlet, the incident allegedly began on April 23 when Kaiser and an unnamed woman became “uncontrollably intimate” while riding an elevator with another resident.

When the trio exited on the 12th floor, the neighbor reportedly told the couple to “please have some manners.”
That’s when things allegedly turned physical.
Authorities claim Kaiser shoved the man to the ground and threatened him before leaving the scene. According to an affidavit obtained by the outlet, the victim had a “large, fresh scratch” on the back of his head.
Police later identified the WWE performer through security camera footage and arrested him on Wednesday, May 20, Us Weekly reported, adding that the pro wrestler was booked into Orange County Jail before being released on $1,000 bail.

Also per the outlet, Kaiser has since entered a written plea of not guilty and was ordered to avoid contact with the alleged victim.
Days before his arrest, Kaiser Instagrammed a video of himself on April 17 doing target practice at a shooting range. “Free my boy Kaiser,” wrote one fan under the clip.
