Ex-prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is demanding extra security in the wake of a terrifying encounter with an intimidating masked intruder — an incident that has raised fears the disgraced royal may join the growing list of nearly two dozen Jeffrey Epstein associates, acquaintances and accusers who have died under murky circumstances, sources say.

Andrew, 66, is believed to have been marked for death by bloodthirsty assassins following his arrest in the U.K. on suspicion of misconduct in public office and for his alleged misadventures with now-dead pedophile Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation, which catered to the world’s powerful fat cats, spies spill.
Renowned private investigator Ed Opperman tells Globe Andrew should be looking over his shoulder as 23 people with ties to Epstein have passed away.
“Given the suspicious deaths linked to Epstein, it’s possible that Andrew is a target,” says the Opperman Report host, who has conducted extensive probes into the late moneyman’s scandal. Speaking of the banished royal’s recent grilling by lawmen, the gumshoe explains, “He seems like the type who might flip and start talking to avoid prison. He’s never worked a day in his life, and he wouldn’t last 30 minutes in prison.” (Some believe Andrew’s ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, could also be a target, since she’s been linked to Epstein, as well. She’s denied any wrongdoing.)

Andrew — who was stripped of his titles and evicted from Royal Lodge in Windsor by brother King Charles following revelations that he lied to the public about the length and depth of his relationship with Epstein — was reportedly left shaken on May 6, when a screaming madman confronted him at 7:30 p.m. as he walked the late Queen Elizabeth‘s beloved corgis outside his new home in Sandringham.

Suspect Alex Jenkinson, who was wearing a ski mask, was arrested by private security guards and charged with two counts of harassment. In court, the 39-year-old denied using threatening or abusive words or the fear of violence against the former Duke of York.
Spooked Andrew is now demanding the reinstatement of his former 24/7 taxpayer-funded, 10-person Metropolitan Police protection team, according to The Telegraph.
“Even though Andrew is no longer a working member of the royal family, the threat to his personal safety is greater than ever,” a tipster says. “It could be argued that he is actually more at risk … from individuals who have become fixated due to all of the coverage he has attracted.”
Insiders say the ruthless king refuses to reinstate his brother’s publicly funded security crew, having ordered the Keeper of the Privy Purse to stop the $1.3 million annual payments for Andrew’s protection in 2024.
Sources say cornered Andrew was almost forced to surrender his passport after rumors circulated that he planned to secretly bolt to the United Arab Emirates under the protection of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
As Globe previously reported, Epstein’s sex abuse accusers, house managers, lawyers, accountants, pals and pimps — as well as journalists covering his shadowy world — have inexplicably died, fueling fears of a cover-up by influential figures seeking to erase potential witnesses to their misdeeds.

Meanwhile, earlier this year the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) released investigation files related to Epstein and his vile dealings that seem to suggest Andrew shared confidential information obtained during his tenure as U.K. trade envoy with the financier, causing police to drag the monarch’s black sheep brother in for questioning.
Andrew was released and never charged — and has denied having any knowledge of Epstein’s nefarious activities.
Still, some believe Andrew may be in the bull’s-eye of power brokers worried over what he may know about their bad behavior.

What’s more, Andrew is keenly aware of the network’s deep-state tentacles following Epstein’s August 2019 hanging death in his Manhattan jail cell while awaiting sex trafficking charges. Many, including his brother, Mark Epstein, believe he was murdered despite the suicide ruling by the New York City Chief Medical Examiner’s Office.
“If this bloodthirsty spy network could penetrate the NYC prison system, a 12-foot-high wall in central London or a fence at his Sandringham estate is no trouble at all for trained assassins,” an insider says. “And just like Epstein, his death will look like a suicide.”

The recent death of 25-year-old Edward Juul Rød-Larsen — son of disgraced Norwegian diplomat Terje Rød-Larsen, who is under investigation for alleged corruption after DOJ-released documents appeared to link him to Epstein — was also officially declared a suicide, making him the 23rd person in the creep’s orbit to die.
