Ghislaine Maxwell on the Verge of Cutting a Deal to Score a Pardon, Could Walk Free Soon Enough

Jeffrey Epstein‘s notorious madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, may be on the verge of cutting a deal to score a pardon that will spring the disgraced socialite from a Texas prison and save the 64-year-old Brit from rotting behind bars for the full 20 years of her sex trafficking sentence, sources say.

Chillingly, insiders suggest that Maxwell may soon walk free because she’s a woman who knows too much about the dirty dealings of the world’s rich and powerful men, some of whom thought nothing of abusing the sex slaves caught in Epstein’s clutches, according to Julie K. Brown’s The Epstein Files Substack.

As Globe previously reported, Maxwell was shipped to the slammer in June 2022 for procuring and grooming young women and girls for her convicted pedophile boss, Jeffrey Epstein, who allegedly served up females to fatcats for the purpose of blackmailing them.

After living a life of debauched luxury alongside the billionaire — who was found hanged under mysterious circumstances in his New York City prison cell in 2019 at age 66, while awaiting his own sex trafficking trial — Maxwell whined about the conditions at her initial Florida lockup at FCI Tallahassee, according to Entrepreneur.com.

But after meeting with U.S. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche to expose Epstein’s secrets in July 2025, Maxwell was quietly moved to Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas, a minimum-security facility where she’s reportedly allowed to have meals in her own dorm, shower in private and teach lessons on female empowerment, NBC News reported.

While cooling her heels in much more cushy digs, Maxwell filed a habeas corpus petition in December to challenge her conviction. If a judge agrees with her argument, she could go free.

Publicly, Maxwell has appeared to make an effort to cooperate with federal authorities investigating Epstein’s vile flesh-peddling operation.

However, sources suggest she might win a pardon from the government because of what she knows — and about what she allegedly hasn’t told.

Insiders say Maxwell had sent a message to her sister from behind bars urging her to send “emails” and “stuff” to a lawyer friend who has helped with her appeal that also referred to a “spigot” drying up.

Sources hint that spigot could be referring to information gleaned from the Epstein investigation files released by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

However, one insider believes that there is a “good chance” that Maxwell possesses even more documents that could implicate terrified VIPs desperate to keep their names from getting dragged through the mud — and could also potentially drop damning information about folks whose identities were redacted in the DOJ’s tranche, which consists of over 3.5 million pages.

The insider notes that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor — a longtime Epstein pal who lost his royal title of prince because of his links to the sex creep — was arrested under suspicion of spilling trade secrets to the financier while serving as the UK’s trade envoy following the discovery of damning DOJ-released emails that appeared to implicate the royal outcast.

Andrew, who has denied knowing about Epstein’s crimes and refuted allegations that he bedded the billionaire’s late sex slave Virginia Giuffre, was released without being charged. However, the UK reporter responsible for breaking the story about the suspect emails is reportedly an old pal of Maxwell and her family.

As the jailbird patiently waits on a response to her filing, her brother Ian Maxwell is speaking out. He admitted, “Until the outcome of her petition is known, there is absolutely no point in Ghislaine wasting time or energy even thinking about a pardon.”

Last year, Ian shared that “Ghislaine believes [Epstein] was murdered” in prison, and amid concerns that something fatal could befall her in custody, he also stressed that his sibling is NOT suicidal!

In 2025, President Donald Trump said of a potential Maxwell pardon: “I don’t rule it in or out. I don’t even think about it,” according to Newsweek.
