Mike Vrabel‘s marriage has been in the spotlight after photos surfaced of him and Dianna Russini looking cozy at an Arizona resort, but it looks like it hasn’t affected his relationship with wife Jen Vrabel.
The New England Patriots coach, 50, told reporters during a press conference on Wednesday, May 27, that his efforts to balance his family life alongside coaching an NFL team have been “really good.”
“I appreciate that my family is great,” Mike continued. “I love Jen, I love the boys, I love my personal friends.”
He added that the coaches he works with “go out and find a way to make it better.”
Mike and Jen have been married for over two decades and share sons Tyler, 25, and Carter, 24. However, the former Tennessee Titans coach raised eyebrows after he was spotted with Russini, 42, holding hands and dancing with one another in photos published by Page Six in early April.
The former ESPN reporter denied any wrongdoing.

Russini resigned from her position at The Athletic in April and said, “I do so not because I accept the narrative that has been constructed around this episode, but because I refuse to lend it further oxygen or to let it define me or my career.”
Mike later addressed the situation minutes before the 2026 NFL draft kicked off.
“I understand that there are questions. I take accountability for my actions, and the actions that caused a distraction to the people that I care most about – my family, this football team, the organization and our fans,” the Vrabel told reporters on April 24. “My previous actions don’t meet the standard that I hold myself to. They don’t.”
“Mike is fully committed to making sure his marriage weathers this storm,” the source said at the time. “He’s in therapy solo and with Jen, that’s a non-negotiable. This isn’t something you can solve overnight, but he’s throwing everything he can at this.”
