Kim Kardashian decided to give Santa Claus a makeover — and fans are not happy.
Over the weekend, shoppers at the 45-year-old reality TV star’s SKIMS flagship store in New York City had the opportunity to meet Santa. However, the iconic Christmas figure wore a beige suit with white fur trim — a stark contrast to his usual bold look — in a TikTok video posted to the brand’s account on Sunday, December 14.
“I’m wearing this lovely outfit that Kim sent me,” Santa remarked in the clip. “Underneath is the Ultimate Bodysuit in Sienna.”
“SKIMS Santa fit check” was written on top of the clip, and the video was captioned, “SKIMS Santa Claus wears SKIMS.”

Fans took to the post’s comment section to criticize Kardashian’s company for replacing Santa’s vibrant red suit with a muted beige one.
“WHERE IS COLOUR? WHERE IS THE ACTUALL SANTA???” one fan questioned.
“Omg they take the color and fun outta everything,” a second chimed in.
“not santa in the neutrals😩,” a third complained.
“No.just NO! Leave Santa alone!! 😫,” a fourth begged.
During a 2022 appearance on the Angie Martinez IRL podcast, the All’s Fair actress revealed she actually asks her employees to dress in monochromatic tones and listed the colors she approves of them wearing.
“Grays, heather gray, black, navy, white, cream, khaki,” Kardashian stated. “I mean, we can stick with all neutrals, and like, not a lot of color blocking.”
“My house is so zen,” she explained. “So, I asked how everyone felt about it, and everyone actually said, ‘That would make our life so easy.'”
