Tiger Woods just avoided jail time, but the terms of his plea deal might keep him away from something he loves just as much — golf carts.

The L.A. Times reported that Woods pleaded no contest to reckless driving, striking a deal that reduced his original DUI charge.

The reckless driving charge, filed as a second offense, carries a $1,000 fine, per documents obtained by Globe.

According to the documents obtained by the Globe, his refusal to take the urinalysis test was reduced to a careless driving citation. Each charge comes with a five-year suspension of his driver’s license, with the suspensions running concurrently.

As part of the deal, Woods also agreed not to drive a motor vehicle at all for the next five years. The judge overseeing the case left no room for interpretation.

“There are no exceptions. If you were to drive for any reason at all, you would go immediately back to jail,” the judge said in court, according to Court TV.

Under Florida law, golf carts legally count as motor vehicles, meaning even a casual spin during practice could violate Woods’ plea deal.

Woods, 50, was driving on Jupiter Island, Florida, on March 27 when his Land Rover rolled over.

He initially pleaded not guilty and refused a lawful urine test at the scene. His change-of-plea hearing, originally set for September 8, was moved up to Wednesday.

As Globe previously reported, Woods entered a rehab facility in Zurich, Switzerland, the following month.

He made his first public appearance since the arrest in June, attending a PGA Tour press conference introducing new CEO Brian Rolapp.
