Priscilla Presley’s son is being dragged into his mom’s $50 million bombshell breach of contract lawsuit by her former business partners, who now claim they helped the scion secure a “seven-figure” piece of his late half-sister Lisa Marie’s estate – but got zilch in return.
Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, 38, “acted willfully, maliciously, oppressively, and despicably” after Lisa Marie’s death, Bridgette Kruse and Kevin Fialko allege in the lawsuit, obtained exclusively by Globe.
The claim was filed just 11 days after the heads of Priscilla Presley Partners walloped his mom, 80, with a lawsuit accusing her of “pulling the plug” on Lisa Marie in an attempt to regain control of her late husband, Elvis’ estate.
Lisa Marie, the sole heir to Elvis’ fortune, died in 2023 at age 54. “At her house the following week (before Lisa’s funeral), Priscilla exclaimed, ‘I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland,’ ” the first complaint reads. (Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, has called the suit “shameful, ridiculous, salacious and meritless.”)

Priscilla then launched a legal challenge against her granddaughter, Riley Keough, who eventually paid Priscilla $1 million in a settlement over the trust, which includes Elvis’ Graceland home and a 15 percent stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises, per People. The actress, 36, also agreed to pay her $100,000 a year for the next 10 years or until her death.
As part of the agreement, Priscilla was also put in charge of a sub-trust for Navarone, which made him the beneficiary of 1/9 of Lisa Marie’s estate.
In the lawsuit against Priscilla, Kruse and Fialko claim they helped broker the deal for Priscilla as well as her son, “who otherwise would have been entitled to nothing.” In the new filing, they add that they “spent countless hours negotiating a settlement for Defendant Garcia, where he was ultimately paid a seven-figure amount.”
The lawsuit also accuses the musician – whose dad is Priscilla’s former lover Marco Garibaldi – of breach of contract for convincing Priscilla to cut ties with the business partners and has “consistently interfered with the businesses created to exploit Presley’s name, image and likeness.”
As Globe previously reported, all the legal drama is still taking a devastating toll. “Priscilla is in pieces over this,” an insider confided. “The stress is terrible for her health.”
