Priscilla Presley is fighting back against a bombshell lawsuit accusing her of greedily pulling daughter Lisa Marie off life support — but sources fear contentious legal battles and family tragedies may drive the 80-year-old into an early grave.

In January 2023, Lisa Marie, 54, went into cardiac arrest caused by a small bowel obstruction. After her eventual death at a Los Angeles hospital, Priscilla attempted to take control of the late Elvis Presley’s empire — even though she divorced Lisa Marie’s “Love Me Tender” singer father four years before his 1977 death.
However, granddaughter Riley Keough — Lisa Marie’s oldest child — ultimately became the sole trustee of Elvis’ estate.
Yet a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko — heads of Priscilla Presley Partners — alleges, “Despite Lisa’s clear directive to ‘prolong her life,’ Priscilla pulled the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted, and before her granddaughter, Riley, was able to get to the hospital,” per New York Post.

Priscilla’s attorney Marty Singer calls the $50 million breach of contract suit “shameful, ridiculous, salacious and meritless,” but insiders tell Globe the legal drama is still taking a devastating toll.
“Priscilla is in pieces over this,” an insider confides. “The stress is terrible for her health. It’s spiked her blood pressure, she’s not sleeping, and friends say she’s barely eating.”
Priscilla is locked in another legal fight with Kruse, who filed a 2023 breach of contract suit in Florida against her for pulling out of a celeb autograph and speaker business.
As Globe reported, in 2024 the Naked Gun beauty then lodged an elder abuse claim in Los Angeles, alleging Kruse and her associates bamboozled her into signing over as much as 80 percent of her earnings — including $1 million in profits.

Adding to the emotional turmoil, Priscilla’s grandson, Benjamin Keough, 27, died by suicide in 2020, and her mom, Anna Iversen, 95, passed away in 2021 — less than two years before Lisa Marie’s tragic end.
“I’m very worried about her,” another insider tells Globe. “She’s under incredible stress. I don’t know if she will be able to live long enough to survive all of this.”
