Kim Kardashian ‘Furious’ With Kanye West For Being MIA: ‘She Knows How Hard It Is on the Kids’

Kim Kardashian is not happy with her ex-husband Kanye West’s silence towards their four children, according to a source.

As Globe previously reported, the Skims founder, 45, appeared on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast last week and admitted, “It’s probably been a couple months” since she and their kids — North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6 —  “heard” from the musician, 48.

“It’s a very complicated situation for Kardashian because, as much as she’s relieved not to hear from him and selfishly would love him to stay away, she knows how hard it is on the kids,” a source now tells Globe. 

“They ask about him all the time, and it breaks Kim’s heart to have to try and make excuses for him,” adds the source.

However, the source claims the reality TV personality is “furious” and “not going to just sit back and let him get away with ignoring their kids.”

Additionally, the source says The Kardashians star publicly spoke out about the situation because “she’s hoping it will be a wake-up call and that he’ll realize what he’s missing out on before it’s too late.”

Kardashian further elaborated on her and the rapper’s parenting dynamic during the podcast episode, telling Cooper, 31, that she raises the kids “full-time,” noting “every time he has asked, I will always let them see their father.”

“They live with me, and I welcome a great, healthy relationship with my kids and their dad,” she remarked. “And I think, you know, he knows that. I push for it all the time, but I also protect them when, you know, it’s time for that. And it goes in waves and phases, and it’s, you know, a lot of work.”
