Kendra Duggar Reportedly Set to Take Over Joseph Duggar’s Rental Property Business Amid Child Molestation Charges

Kendra Duggar is taking on the role of breadwinner for her family amid husband Joseph Duggar’s child molestation charges.

Kendra, 27, and Joseph, 31, could be heard discussing business dealings for his rental property management company during a phone call while he was behind bars in Arkansas, according to a recording obtained by People.

The mother of four explained to her husband that she had taken care of removing their personal contact information from the property listing websites.

Joseph went on to explain the ins and outs of his day-to-day responsibilities, including money coming in and funds that needed to be paid.

“It’ll be tight,” he said in a recording previously released by TMZ. “It’ll still be tight, but I think you’ll make it on that. You’re getting a consistent stream. That’s really important for you.”

They went on to discuss a plan B, which would include Kendra selling off one of the properties, or taking out a second home equity line of credit.

“You make really good decisions so I trust you,” Joseph told Kendra, per People.

Joseph was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior committed by an individual over the age of 18 and lewd and lascivious behavior molestation of a minor under the age of 12 in March. The incident allegedly occurred during a family vacation to Florida in 2020.

In addition to his Florida charges, Kendra and Joseph are both facing child endangerment and false imprisonment charges in their home state. Kendra was arrested on April 20 and released shortly after, but is due back in court on April 29.

Joseph was previously extradited to Florida, and he is due in court there on April 20.
