Elderly Man Caught in Intimate Moment with 32-Year-Old Woman in Public Pool Full of Swimmers

A couple in Waco, Texas, was arrested and charged with public lewdness after allegedly having sexual contact in a public pool in front of multiple children.

Douglas Faith, 75, and Emilie Parma, 32, were arrested on the evening of Sunday, July 26, at an apartment complex that has a pool available for all the residents. It’s unclear if the couple lives there. Police were called there on a report of indecent exposure, according to KWTX.

Multiple witnesses reportedly called the police after their children grew uncomfortable seeing the couple in the back left corner of the pool grinding on each other with Faith on top, allegedly making loud moaning sounds. The outlet reports more than eight people witnessed the alleged act and were interviewed by police.

While Faith and Parma admitted to “sexual contact” and Faith being on top of Parma in front of the children, they denied having actual intercourse. In the court documents viewed by KWTX, Faith said he couldn’t have been having intercourse with her given he has a “penile implant.”

They were both arrested and charged with public lewdness and booked into the McLennan County Jail. While being searched after his arrest, two marijuana joints were discovered on Faith, resulting in him being charged with possession of marijuana as well, per KWTX.

Parma has since been released on a $1,500 bond and Faith was released on a $3,000 bond.
