Cher‘s legal battle involving son Elijah Blue Allman isn’t over yet.

New court documents obtained by Globe show the Moonstruck star, 80, is due back in court later this month as she continues to try and establish a conservatorship over his estate. A hearing is set for June 25 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

As Globe previously reported, Allman’s recent legal troubles began earlier this year in February after he was arrested for allegedly attempting to enter a girls’ dormitory at St. Paul’s School in New Hampshire. According to the Daily Mail, he claimed to be a “prospective parent,” but the school’s rector, Kathy Giles, said he had “no affiliation” with St. Paul’s.

He was charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespassing, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct before being released. Allman later waived his arraignment in the case and it’s now expected to proceed to trial.

Just three days later, Allman, 49, was arrested again after allegedly breaking into a nearby home. While authorities said nothing was stolen, he allegedly caused over $2,500 in property damage.

The new petition comes after the “If I Could Turn Back Time” singer’s previous request to appoint a temporary conservator. Cher cited her son’s legal issues and financial instability and claimed that he “has no concept of money” and “spends any money he gets immediately.” She also alleged that his money had been spent on “drugs, expensive hotels and limousine transportation.”

The April petition was denied without prejudice after determining there wasn’t “sufficient urgency” to grant the conservatorship at that time.

“A lot of people don’t show up to court and get a default judgment and don’t need a conservatorship,” the judge said, according to a report from People published on April 24. “I am going to deny the temporary conservatorship without prejudice.”

In the midst of Allman’s legal woes, The Daily Enquirer was first to reveal that he had secretly fathered a daughter who Cher didn’t learn about until 2021. A source told the publication that Allman kept his now-15-year-old daughter away from the Burlesque actress because of their strained relationship.

“Elijah has never wanted his mom to be in the kid’s life because of their damaged relationship,” the source said at the time. “He wanted to protect her from Cher.”
