Elijah Blue Allman, the troubled adult son of singer Cher and the late Gregg Allman, has been arrested for the second time in a matter of days, according to multiple reports.
The 49-year-old musician was arrested on Sunday, March 1, in Windham, New Hampshire, and charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief and breach of bail, according to People.
Local news outlet Patch reported that authorities were sent to a home on Ministerial Road around 9:45 a.m. on Sunday for a man allegedly breaking into the home via the back door. A woman reportedly hid in a closet during the burglary, according to a court affidavit.
Police found Allman, who was identified as the suspect, “seated on the living room couch, smoking a cigarette,” a report stated, per Patch.
According to TMZ, nothing appeared to be missing from the home. However, Allman allegedly caused about $1,700 worth of damage to the door as well as $1,000 worth of damage to a rug in the home after reportedly dropping a lit cigarette on it.

Allman was arraigned on Monday, March 2, at the Salem District Court, per People.
The news of Allman’s recent arrest comes days after he was arrested in the nearby town of Concord on Friday, February 27. He was reportedly charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespassing, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct after he allegedly caused a disturbance at a prep school.
It is unclear as to how Allman is associated with the school, and sources told TMZ that they didn’t know why he was there.
He was then taken to Merrimack County Jail and released on personal recognizance bail, according to ABC affiliate WMUR.
The “Believe” singer, 79, previously filed for a temporary conservatorship over her son’s estate in December 2023. They reportedly reached a private agreement, and Cher dismissed her petition for conservatorship.
