Kim Kardashian’s eldest daughter, North West, recently showed some love for her mom.
On Tuesday, October 21, North, 12, posted a snap of her and her mom on her TikTok Story and penned a sweet message in honor of the SKIMS founder’s 45th birthday.
“happy birthday to my mom i love you so much and i hope you have the best birthday ever thank you for always being there for me and supporting me!” North wrote on top of the photo.
As Globe previously reported, the tween debuted fake face tattoos, a faux septum piercing, and grillz over the weekend, which garnered online criticism. Kardashian also faced backlash for letting North wear a strapless corset in August.
However, the reality TV personality has shown support for her daughter’s budding sense of style as she discussed the topic on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast last week, noting she tries to “nurture” North’s “creative side.”
“I’m like, ‘Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is,’” Kardashian quipped. “It makes her so happy. I would never take that creativity away from her.”
The businesswoman also admitted that if North’s “rebellion is dying her hair,” she’s OK with that as they have a “close” relationship.
“I’d rather my girl be with me and be with me all the time, and let’s experiment with every hair color,” Kardashian remarked.
