Trump Administration Posts ICE Video Featuring Sabrina Carpenter After She Branded Them As ‘Evil’

The Trump administration is once again trying to drag Sabrina Carpenter into their promotion of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

On Friday, December 5, the official White House X account shared a doctored clip of the 26-year-old pop star’s teaser video for her Saturday Night Live appearance from last month.

In the video, the Grammy award winner is with cast member Marcello Hernandez, and the pair do a play on a segment from her Short n’ Sweet tour, where she jokingly puts an audience member in pink fuzzy handcuffs for being “too hot” before she performs her hit track “Juno.”

“I think I might need to arrest someone for being too…” Carpenter said in the video, with the White House substituting the word “hot” for “illegal.”

“Oh well, I turn myself in,” Hernandez, 28, responds. “You’re under arrest,” the “Espresso” singer then jokes.

After the edited SNL clip, the video cut to footage of ICE agents chasing people, arresting them and deporting them.

“PSA: If you’re a criminal illegal, you WILL be arrested & deported,” the post was captioned.

This latest promotional material involving Carpenter comes after the Trump Administration used her song “Juno” in a video depicting ICE arrests last week, as Globe previously reported. 

“Have you ever tried this one? Bye-bye,” the White House captioned the post in reference to the “Juno” lyric: “Wanna try out some freaky positions? Have you ever tried this one?”

However, the former Disney Channel star did not stay quiet. On Tuesday, December 2, she slammed the post, writing on X, “This video is evil and disgusting. Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.”
