Kris Jenner Treats Kim Kardashian to Two Hermes Bags, Totaling Six Figures, For Her 45th Birthday

Kris Jenner spoiled daughter Kim Kardashian with some impressive birthday presents this year!

On Sunday, October 27, the Skims founder took to TikTok to share a vlog from her 45th birthday in Paris last week, showing off the red crocodile Birkin shoulder bag and the beige crocodile Kelly cut bag — both from Hermés — that the Kar-Jenner matriarch, 69, gifted her.

“The half Birkin, the shoulder bag. The Jean Paul Gaultier. She got me this, it’s from 2001,” Kardashian explained as she unboxed the bag in her pajamas from her hotel room.

“And then she got me, you know I love my Kelly cuts, she got me a beige one,” the reality TV star continued, showing off the next bag. “A dark beige one, I have a light beige one.”

“The red is so rich, I’d wear it with, like, a red nail,” she added, referring to the Jean Paul Gaultier tote.

Kardashian then shared a story about how she initially had the red Birkin reserved for herself, but her mom swooped in to give it to her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, before she confirmed her purchase.

“She ends up getting one for Kylie for her birthday before mine, the one that I had on hold that I forgot to respond to because I was studying,” Kardashian revealed. “Gave away my swag and then acted like she had never heard of it before.”

As for the price tag of the handbags, a similar crocodile Birkin shoulder bag on the resale market recently sold for $75,000, according to JaneFinds. Meanwhile, a black crocodile Kelly cut is going for about $39,900 on Sotheby’s website, meaning Kris seemingly spent around six figures on the luxury goods.
