Kim Kardashian and Beyonce Are ‘Sticking It to Each Other’ Amid Competition Over Their Kids’ Careers (Exclusive)

Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé have big plans for their budding superstar daughters — North and Blue Ivy — and it’s causing some major competition between the two as they look to mastermind their kids’ careers and outdo each other in the process.

“They feign friendship but they’re quite snooty about each other and say nasty things behind their back,” a source exclusively tells Globe, adding that it’s “gotten worse” as North, 12, and Blue Ivy, 13, get older.

“It’s no secret Kim has huge show business aspirations for North,” says the source. “But there’s a reason why Kim’s taking North to all these high-profile events to show off.”

In 2024, North starred as Young Simba in  Disney’s The Lion King 30th Anniversary – A Live-to-Film Concert Event and the pre-teen famously accompanied Kardashian, 44, to the Met Gala this past May — though she wasn’t able to attend the actual event because she’s under 18.

“Kim wants to build North’s profile,” adds the source, “and sees her as a massive star in the future and something of a child genius.”

Meanwhile, the source says that Beyoncé, 43, believes Blue Ivy — who shared the stage with her mom this summer on the Cowboy Carter Tour — is a “queen in waiting.”

“Bey’s seeking to take Blue Ivy farther than even she has gone in terms of fame and money,” shares the source. “She thinks Blue Ivy can accomplish anything she wants to do with her mama’s help.”

Those close to Kardashian and Beyoncé confirm there’s “no argument” that North and Blue Ivy are both talented. However, adds the source, “The way these moms are going about it and sticking it to each other as they barge through doors in Hollywood and beyond is kind of sickening.”
