Kim Delaney’s Husband Arrested Again Just 5 Months After Domestic Disturbance Call

James Morgan, the husband of NYPD Blue alum Kim Delaney, was taken into custody for public intoxication after a drunken argument with Delaney and a flight attendant during a recent flight.

Morgan, 55, was arrested on Monday, July 20, after a situation onboard a Delta flight from Detroit to LAX, according to TMZ. The outlet confirmed that Morgan was involved in two separate arguments, one with Delaney, 64, and another with a flight attendant.

“Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first,” the airline told TMZ.

The latest arrest comes just five months after Morgan was arrested at the couple’s Los Angeles area apartment.

As Globe previously reported, police were called for an alleged domestic disturbance. He refused to cooperate with investigators and was charged with obstructing or delaying a public officer and disturbing the peace, Page Six reported at the time.

The couple — who tied the knot in October 2022 — have been in trouble with the law regularly throughout their relationship.

In March 2025, the actress was arrested after she allegedly tried to run over her husband with her car, per Page Six. The charges were dropped as prosecutors declined to file charges, citing a lack of evidence, the Los Angeles Times later reported.
