President Donald Trump‘s personal food choices don’t appear to affect his support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s MAHA movement.
During a Thursday, January 15, interview with Politico,Karoline Leavitt was asked about what the commander-in-chief, 79, thinks “of the MAHA food policies and advice,” noting RFK Jr.’s recent comments about Trump’s diet.
“The president has his own personal habits, but he understands the movement and the power behind all of these moms who have united in pushing for a real public health change, and he fully supports it and gets it,” the White House Press Secretary, 27, told the outlet.

“He’s also a huge believer in choice for parents in parental decision making, whether it comes to education or health,” she continued. “He knows that parents are the best people who are best suited to make decisions for their kids, and he fully empowers that mentality.”
As Globepreviously reported, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, 71, appeared as a guest on the Wednesday, January 14, episode of the Katie Miller Podcast, and made some bold statements about the billionaire’s food and drink consumption.

“You know the interesting thing about the president is that he eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s and candy and Diet Coke…He drinks Diet Coke at all times,” RFK Jr. shared. “He has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is.”
However, RFK Jr. explained that Trump is “eating really good food” at Mar-a-Lago and the White House.
“He says that the only time that he eats the junk food is when he’s on the road and he wants to eat food from big corporations because he trusts it and he doesn’t want to get sick when he’s on the road,” RFK Jr. added.
