John Travolta and Kelly Preston Used Riley Keough’s Egg to Welcome Son Ben, New Legal Filing Claims

There may be a secret heir to Graceland.

According to bombshell new legal documents filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, Riley Keough is the biological mother of Ben Travolta.

Immediately after Lisa Marie Presley’s death at age 54 in 2023, her ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, father to her 17-year-old twins Harper and Finley, allegedly told Kruse “that John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant,” according to an amended complaint in a breach of contract lawsuit against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, which was filed on Tuesday, December 16 and obtained by the National Enquirer.

The filing does not say whether that pregnancy produced a child.

However the 61-year-old musician, who was married to Lisa Marie from 2006 to 2021, alleged that the Travoltas asked the Presleys for help again in 2010, a year after their son Jett’s tragic death from a seizure at 16, according to the filing.

“Lockwood claimed that Travolta needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men, which threatened his career as a leading man,” the complaint continues.

Referring to Lisa Marie’s opioid addiction, “Lockwood claimed that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta” in November 2010.

Preston died after a long battle with breast cancer in 2020 at age 57.

Lockwood “claimed that the entire arrangement required a ‘sign off’ from the Church of Scientology, which heavily involved Priscilla’s oversight,” the filing alleges. The Travoltas and the Presleys were both members of the church at the time.

Keough, now 36, “was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal,” Lockwood claimed, according to the papers.

Lisa Marie’s ex wanted Kruse and Fialko to use the alleged secrets “to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters,” the complaint claims.

Garcia “threw a tantrum, demanding that Plaintiffs keep Riley’s and Travolta’s son out of the press,” the filing reads, “since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king.’” Kruse and Fialko also allege that the Them Guns lead singer, 38, “demanded a multi-million-dollar settlement.”

The Globe has previously reported on Kruse and Fialko’s separate lawsuit against Priscilla, 80. In it, they claimed that she has a secret grandchild who “resides in Florida.” (The Travoltas are based in Ocala.)

“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,” Priscilla’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, told TMZ of the latest claims.

“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant,” they added. “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

“Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint,” their attorney, Jordan Matthews, said in a statement to the Enquirer. “This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility.”
