America’s elite scientific community is reeling as 11 of their own with links to our nation’s highly classified nuclear and space programs and other sensitive knowledge have disappeared or died under mysterious circumstances, sparking fears of a terrifying conspiracy by a foreign enemy hell-bent on sowing chaos and shattering our country’s defenses, sources say.

Now, President Donald Trump is taking action by probing the mounting mysteries, which he calls “pretty serious stuff,” per Live Now Fox.

After attending a meeting about the concerning situation, the commander in chief expressed hope that the disturbing tragedies are coincidental, but promised the government is investigating as the victims involve some “very important people,” according to the outlet.

Renowned private investigator Jason Jensen told Globe, “President Trump’s involvement in the case shows there is either a national security risk or that some government security clearance could be at risk. The more we learn about their ties and activities involving UFOs and nuclear weapons systems, it makes me think there is more at play here.”

The body count began with the death of Amy Eskridge, 34, in Huntsville, Ala., on June 11, 2022. The scientist, who was experimenting with anti-gravity tech, allegedly shot herself in the head, per Daily Mail.

UFO experts have long floated the theory that extraterrestrials use anti-gravity propulsion to power their ships.

On July 4, 2024, NASA scientist Frank Maiwald died at 61 after 25 years as a top researcher at the space agency’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). The German scientist’s obituary gave no cause of death, and no autopsy was conducted, the outlet said.

Maiwald was reportedly working on cutting-edge satellite technology capable of scanning entire planets — and finding clues of extraterrestrial life.

In May 2025, Anthony Chavez, a 79-year-old former technician at New Mexico’s Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), which is tied to nuclear weapons research, disappeared while walking near his Los Alamos home, Live Now Fox reported.

Two months after that, Monica Reza — director of JPL’s Materials Processing Group — vanished while hiking in California’s Angeles National Forest, per Live Now Fox. She was reportedly researching a revolutionary new metal for missiles and rocket engines.

Four days after Reza went missing, LANL staffer Melissa Casias, 53, disappeared after dropping off her husband there as she’d decided to work at home. Disturbingly, sources say Casias’ work and personal phones were later found in her residence — wiped and restored to their factory settings, according to Live Fox Now.

New Mexico Dept. of Public Safety

Albuquerque, N.M., government contractor Steven Garcia, who had worked at the Kansas City National Security Campus and had access to defense infrastructure linked to U.S. nuclear weapons components, was spotted leaving his home on foot with a gun in August 2025 — and was never seen again, per the report.

Wakefield Police Department

On Dec. 13, Jason Thomas, 45, an associate director of chemical biology at the pharmaceutical company Novartis, went missing, per Live Fox Now. His corpse was later pulled from a Massachusetts lake.

MIT

Three days later, Nuno Loureiro — a Massachusetts Institute of Technology nuclear scientist — was fatally shot by academic rival Claudio Manuel Neves Valente, who died by suicide, according to officials, per Daily Mail. Loureiro was said to be nearing a solution to the world’s energy problems through nuclear fusion.

CalTech

America’s suspicious brain drain continued on Feb. 16, when California Institute of Technology astrophysicist Carl Grillmair, 67, was gunned down in front of his L.A.-area home — allegedly by an accused carjacker. Grillmair was reportedly working with NASA and JPL on infrared telescopes to track asteroids, satellites and hypersonic missiles.

US Air Force

On Feb. 27, retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland, who sources say had knowledge of the government’s nuclear and UFO-related classified files, vanished from a hiking trail in Albuquerque, Daily Mail reported.

The general was a researcher for the Office of Special Projects — the shadowy unit charged with securing sensitive aerospace technologies. He also commanded the Air Force Research Laboratory, a cutting-edge program that is said to have examined artificial intelligence war systems and developed bioweapons defense technologies.

Speaking of McCasland, Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett told WABC radio, per Daily Mail, “I’ve been told by several sources that he was the gatekeeper for the UFO stuff.”

And recently, news resurfaced about the 2023 passing of Michael David Hicks, a 59-year-old research scientist at JPL from 1998 to 2022, who was involved in the DART Project, NASA’s test to see if dangerous asteroids could be deflected from Earth, Daily mail reported.

Some suspect the sinister-seeming deaths and disappearances may be related to sleeper cells believed to be embedded in America by China’s Communist regime.

Jensen told Globe the brainiacs could have been potential targets for nefarious foreign actors and explains, “China will always be a top contender because they are our greatest adversary in technology, trade and the theft of our secrets.”
