Pickle lovers, rejoice. What might have sounded like an April Fools prank is 100% real: Popeyes is going all-in on pickles with a new limited-time menu available nationwide starting April 1.

Dubbed the Popeyes Pickle Menu, the briny lineup includes a bold mix of pickle-infused items designed to amplify the brands signature Southern flavors. From glazed chicken sandwiches to pickle lemonade, the offerings are a tangy twist on the chains most popular classics.

The Pickle Glaze Sandwich features Popeyes iconic hand-battered chicken topped with a pickle-flavored glaze and thick-cut pickles on a brioche bun. The Pickle Glaze Bone-In and Boneless Wings are tossed in the same bold pickle glaze for a savory, tangy bite.

The Popeyes Pickle Menu also features Fried Pickles, a Southern staple, battered and fried in Popeyes seasoning and served with ranch, along with Pickle Lemonade, a sweet-and-savory beverage infused with real pickle juice.

“Were pickle people, so we understand that there truly can never be enough pickles,” said Chef Amy Alarcon, VP of Culinary at Popeyes. “This pickle-packed lineup was created to ensure the perfect balance of crisp texture, vibrant acidity, and our world-famous Louisiana flavors with every bite. If you love that chicken, youre going to love that pickle!”

To celebrate the launch, Popeyes gave its flagship Times Square location in New York City a full “pickled” makeover — green exterior, interior decor, and even an ASMR booth for capturing the satisfying crunch of its chicken.

“What started as a playful social tease has now become a full-fledged culinary reality — a Pickled Popeyes,” said Bart LaCount, Chief Marketing Officer for Popeyes US and Canada. “From pickling our flagship restaurant, social channels, to our menu, it’s true that nobody pickles like Popeyes.”

The Popeyes Pickle Menu is available at participating locations across the U.S., online, and through the Popeyes app.
