Nina Dobrev dropped a fresh workout reel on Instagram on Thursday, November 13.
The actress, 36, offered a behind-the-scenes peek at her latest session with wellness coach Melissa Wood.
Dobrev kept things clean and classic in the photos, first appearing in a fitted black ribbed high-neck tank and matching leggings, her hair pulled into a high ponytail that swings as she turns toward the camera.
In other shots, she swapped the tank for a black sports bra and coordinating leggings, showing off her toned midsection as she followed Wood through a series of low-impact, sculpting moves.
The workout took place in a bright, minimalist studio, where the duo moved through side-lying mat exercises, controlled stretches, and arm-toning reps with small weights. Wood, known for her slow-burn method and signature emphasis on mindful movement, wore a black bra-and-leggings set.
The two looked completely in sync, smiling between reps, posing with dumbbells, and balancing the intensity of the workout with an easy, playful energy.
