A 25-year-old New Jersey woman has been arrested and charged after authorities accused her of sexually abusing a young boy in her care and recording videos of the alleged abuse.
Victoria Anne Cranmer is accused of recording a video on May 6 involving a boy described in court documents as being under the age of 13. The video was allegedly recorded in the bathroom of the Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, home where Cranmer previously lived, according to a Monday, July 13 report in The New York Post.
The video was allegedly filmed on a phone Cranmer had received as a gift from her former roommate. According to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by Patch, the former roommate — identified in court documents as “Ms. P” — discovered the video after Cranmer returned the phone upon being kicked out of the living situation.

According to Patch, a video showing the young boy touching Cranmer’s exposed genitals while she sat on a toilet was found in her Snapchat app. Ms. P identified the suspect as Cranmer based on her detailed tattoos, voice and the fact that it was filmed in her bathroom, per the affidavit.
Upon Ms. P’s discovery of the video, she locked Cranmer out of the account and saved the video to her phone so it could not be deleted.
During the time she lived with Cranmer, Ms. P was aware that Cranmer would babysit her daughter as well as the young son of another woman identified as “Ms. H,” according to the report.
Although the boy’s age was not revealed, documents referred to him as being in diapers, the report said.
Ms. H claimed her son exhibited unusual behavior and began disliking the bathtub, according to Patch. Ms. H learned that Cranmer would bathe herself with the boy, according to officials.

A search warrant uncovered additional videos of Cranmer and the boy in the bathroom.
Cranmer has since been booked in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, New Jersey.
She is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, manufacturing child sexual abuse material, and possession of child sexual abuse material, authorities said.
There is no information available about her next hearing or whether she has hired an attorney.
