Kris Jenner ‘Can’t Forgive’ Kanye West, ‘Hasn’t Forgotten the Hell He Put’ Kim Kardashian ‘Through (Exclusive)

Kanye West may have taken out a full-page ad in the Wall Street Journal in an effort to make amends to those he’s hurt, but there’s one person who’s not ready to forgive the 48-year-old rapper: Kim Kardashian’s momager, Kris Jenner.

“It’s a very delicate situation because Kris needs to play nice with Kanye for Kim’s sake so it’s not something she is going to address publicly,” a source tells Globe. “But it’s no secret among her friends that she doesn’t believe a word of this apology tour.”

The 2025 documentary In Whose Name?, which was filmed over six years with West’s permission, shows just how strained his relationship with Jenner, 70, became.

At one point, the 24-time Grammy winner unleashes on his then-mother-in-law, alleging that the Kardashians “got away” with making him “feel like a piece of s**t” while he was on medication for bipolar disorder.

“She hasn’t forgotten the hell he’s put her daughter through, or the way his behavior has affected the whole family over the years, herself included,” says the source. “It’s not just the offensive comments. It’s the constant chaos he’s caused that Kim still has to deal with to this day.”

That doesn’t mean that Jenner doesn’t wish West well on his mental health journey, though.

“Kris just can’t forgive him and certainly not just because he makes a public apology,” explains Globe’s source, adding that the “Stronger” singer has “apologized plenty” in the past. “She would love for him to get better and for this to be the start of him taking a new path but at this point, it’s hard to take him at his word.”

The timing is a bit suspicious.

“It doesn’t help his case that he’s got a new album [Bully] coming out in a month,” the source notes. “Kris hopes for his sake that he’s being genuine but [she’s] not changing her mind. As far as she’s concerned this is too little, too late.”
