Dolly Parton is gearing up for a Las Vegas residency, insiders say, by working out her 79-year-old bod into tip-top shape while also booking plenty of plastic surgery fixes to look her best.
The country queen has fessed up to getting cosmetic surgery over the years and makes no apologies for it, confessing to the U.K.’s Saga Magazine: “If something is bagging, sagging or dragging, I’ll tuck it, suck it or pluck it.”
Now sources says that she’s set for a fresh load of fillers and fixes.

“You’d think there wouldn’t be any area left of her body to treat, but to hear Dolly talk, there’s always room for improvement,” confides an insider.
“She’s planning Botox, a buttock lift, fillers to smooth out the fine lines, an eyelid lift and other tweaks. She’s got to get ready for her close-up.”
“Dolly’s a forward thinker and very meticulous in how she plans her surgeries.”
As much as she loves nip and tucks, the “Jolene” singer insists that she doesn’t go hog wild, explaining on The Howard Stern Show: “I try to do just little bits at a time. I don’t do, like, really big stuff. Only when I have to do something a little more, and even then, I try to be careful.”

Adds the insider, “Besides surgery, she’s also exercising with a trainer, drinking jugs of water and watching what she eats.
“She’s avoiding fried foods and even skipping her favorite skillet corn bread. She wants to give her best in Vegas and it starts with looking her best.
“She feels her fans deserve that!”
As GLOBE reported, the “9 to 5” songbird has been keeping busy in the months since the March 3 death of beloved hubby Carl Dean following 58 years of marriage.

The hitmaker performed at Dollywood’s 40th anniversary celebration weeks afterward.
Now, she’s scheduled a mini residency of six shows in Sin City in December. “To say I’m excited would be an understatement,” she gushed in a statement on her official website. “I haven’t worked Vegas in years and I’ve always loved singing there. I’m looking so forward to the shows in The Colosseum at Caesars and I hope you are as well. See you there!”
