Drew Barrymore has previously revealed that she uses a dating app, but the talk show host has one dating dealbreaker.
During the Tuesday, February 3, episode of her talk show, Barrymore, 50, was encouraged by Food Network star Sunny Anderson to try dating “the 20-somethings,” according to People.
“You know what?” Barrymore said. “No — I’m totally grossed out by that. No, I have children and it seems wrong now.”
According to the Never Been Kissed star, who shares daughters Olive, 13, and Frankie, 11, with ex-husband Will Kopelman, she’s “had a bad run” when it comes to dating.

“I love to, like, date from Psychos.com. I’m not kidding,” she added.
Barrymore previously spilled a dating horror story of being catfished by “the quarterback of the Los Angeles Rams” after meeting on a dating app.
“He was not the quarterback for the L.A. Rams,” she said during a January 2024 episode of The Drew Barrymore Show. “He’s a musician who thought he was being cute.”
“I was trying to land a football player,” she continued. “I was excited to talk about the fact that I had been at the Coliseum to see their first game in Los Angeles.”
Barrymore admitted that the situation made her “feel stupid.”
