Chrissy Teigen Has ‘Never Farted or Pooped’ in Front of John Legend After 12 Years of Marriage

Chrissy Teigen doesn’t share everything with her husband of 12 years, John Legend.

The Cravings author, 40, shared her secret to keeping the romance alive in their relationship, telling E! News, “For all he knows, I have never farted or pooped.”

“[You’ve] got to keep the sexy and preserve the sexy in a little bit of ways,” she said on the Star Search red carpet on Tuesday, January, 20. “I won’t say that John necessarily does that all the time, but I make sure that I do.”

The couple — who share children Luna, 9, Miles, 7, Esti, 2, and Wren, also 2 — have been together since 2006 after meeting on the set of his “Stereo” music video. They got engaged in 2011 and tied the knot in 2013.

“I’m so fortunate that we got to spend some time together on that day, September 13, 2006. We’re so lucky to have each other,” Legend, 47, told Teigen during a sweet tribute via People in March 2021. “We have built a really wonderful family that I’m so proud of. I’m so honored that I get to parent with you and see the way you are with our children … see how creative and inspired and inspiring that you are as a mother.”

“We’ve been through so much joy and some pain together. We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together,” the “All of Me” singer added. “I wouldn’t want to go through any of this with anybody more than I’d want to go through it with you.”
