Bradley Cooper Eager to Work with Lady Gaga Again — But Gigi Hadid May Be Getting in the Way

Screen star Bradley Cooper thinks Lady Gaga’s terrific and is raring to team up for a new movie project, but insiders say his jealous model girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, keeps throwing a wrench in the works.

Sources say the 30-year-old catwalker fears she’ll be a loser if Bradley, 50, and the 39-year-old singing superstar spend a bunch of time together like they did for his remake of A Star Is Born.

Their closeness had people whispering, and rumors reached fever pitch after they performed a romantic rendition of “Shallow” during the 2019 Oscars while his then-girlfriend, model Irina Shayk, sat in the audience.

“Everyone knows that his connection with Gaga was a big issue in his last relationship,” says an insider. “All the rumors that flew about him and Gaga hooking up and then the sudden split with Irina after four years — it’s no wonder Gigi feels threatened and doesn’t want Bradley working with her again.”

“She’s terrified at the idea of him having another gal as his muse. And that’s what happens when he and Gaga work together.”

But the source says she knows better than “to forbid him … he’s not the type that likes to be told what to do, especially when it comes to his creative decisions, and Gigi knows that. So, instead of making any demands, she’s been slyly talking him out of any Gaga-related projects and getting him to talk about other things.”

Gigi has been spotted visiting the NYC set of Bradley’s current flick, Is This Thing On?

Adds the insider, “Whenever Bradley starts talking about Gaga and how much he wants to team up with her again, Gigi waves a magic wand and gets him talking about something else. So far, it’s working.”
