Arnold Schwarzenegger Spotted With Rarely-Seen Girlfriend Heather Milligan for First Time in a Year

Arnold Schwarzenegger and girlfriend Heather Milligan are still going strong.

The ultra-private couple, who has been together for more than a decade, were spotted for the first time in a year as they stepped out for a dinner date at Nobu Malibu in late April.

The Terminator star wore a black blazer over a simple black tee and jeans, while his longtime partner wore all white, as seen in photos obtained by Daily Mail. The pair were last seen in April 2025 on a double date with US diplomat Edward Djerejian in Santa Monica.

Schwarzenegger, 78, was first linked to the physical therapist after undergoing shoulder surgery in 2012. The bodybuilder was referred to Milligan by his surgeon as he prepared for his role in the 2013 thriller Escape Plan with Sylvester Stallone.

“I said, ‘I got to go do this movie, and I bring a lot of punches and I have fights with Sly and I want to have my act together,'” Schwarzenegger told People in 2023 of a conversation with his surgeon. “[His surgeon responded,] ‘There’s only one [person], it’s Heather — any athlete, I always send them to her, because she’s the only one that really knows what they’re talking about.’”

Schwarzenegger — who shares four children, Christopher, Patrick, Katherine, and Christina, with ex-wife Maria Shriver, as well as son Joseph Baena — added, “And then one thing led to the next.”
