Vanna White’s Wedding Woes: Boyfriend John Donaldson Might Walk Away If She Doesn’t Commit

Vanna White keeps putting off walking down the aisle with her longtime boyfriend, John Donaldson — and now he may be getting ready to walk out the door, sources tell GLOBE!

The Wheel of Fortune host and the real estate developer have been talking about marriage “for some time,” but she keeps putting it off because she’s scared it’ll ruin what they have.

“John has tried to understand her feelings, but even the most patient of men have their cut-off point,” squeals an insider. “Word is, he’s been telling her to pick up the pace because he doesn’t like being strung along.” Now friends are worried he might even say sayonara if she keeps procrastinating.

According to our mole, Vanna, 67, adores John and loves their life together, but she’s haunted by memories of her failed marriage to film producer and restaurateur George Santo Pietro, who is dad to her two kids, Nikko, 30, and Gigi, 28.

“He was a player if ever there was one,” snorts a snitch. “That was a painful, difficult period of her life she’s tried to put behind her.”

The couple divorced in 2002 after 12 years of marriage. She met John 10 years later when a friend brought him to a barbecue she was hosting.

“Part of her would like to make things official with John, but it’s what will happen after their wedding that scares her,” the tipster tattles. “She thinks marriage will jinx their relationship.”

When asked in 2023 why she and John weren’t hitched, Vanna explained, “I mean, we’ve been together 12 years, and I feel like we are married. We feel comfortable in our relationship … I know that he’s the one. He knows I’m the one.”

Adds the spywitness, “As much as she loves John, she isn’t sure she can marry him and would rather he didn’t ask her!”
