Tiger Woods’ Former Mistress Rachel Uchitel Undergoes Extreme Plastic Surgery Makeover

Rachel Uchitel — known for being the woman at the center of Tiger Woods‘ 2009 cheating scandal — has a brand new face.

The podcast host, 51, went under the knife earlier this week for a 9.5-hour plastic surgery makeover with Dr. Ira Savetsky in New York. Uchitel has been documenting the process on social media, promising to share “the good, the uncomfortable, the weird, and the things I wish I knew before surgery” with her followers.

Speaking with the Daily Mail, Uchitel revealed she’s recovering from a deep-plane facelift, a tightening brow lift, an under-eye fat transfer, a chin implant, a ‘columella’ nose revision and extensive facial filler dissolving.

Uchitel, who also once appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, told the outlet she’s not “trying to defy Mother Nature” with the procedures, but is hoping to “look like a fresher, more natural version of myself” after years of using fillers.

“I realized that some of the things I had done over the years to avoid ageing, particularly fillers, had actually begun to age and distort my face,” Uchitel explained. “I spent two weeks dissolving filler before surgery, but Dr. Savetsky still encountered a significant amount of residual filler and scar tissue. I also learned that certain laser and energy-based treatments can contribute to tissue changes and scarring.”

Uchitel said she actually used magazine covers from around the time of her affair with Woods as reference photos for her doctor. “I had to use those photos for examples of what I used to look like before fillers,” she reportedly told the outlet with a laugh.

As she continues to show off her recovery on her Instagram page and Patreon, Uchitel explained she is being so candid about the process because she wants “women to see what happens between the polished before-and-after photographs, including the swelling, bruising, discomfort and emotional side of recovery.”

In recent videos, she has demonstrated how she is replacing her own dressing and re-wraping her face at home, without the help of a nurse. “I’m not feeling bad for Day 4 here, guys,” she shared in footage posted on Aug. 26.

The overhaul comes less than a year after she also underwent an injectable Brazilian butt lift, or BBL, back in January. Uchitel had the procedure done shortly before she married Dan Donovan earlier this year.

“Leading up to my wedding, I was in the gym at least four times a week, and no matter what I did, that lift just wasn’t happening,” she said at the time.

“Literally a week before my wedding, I flew to New York … and in less than 30 minutes I had a new butt,” she added. “No incisions. No downtime. Painless. It feels completely real, and it lasts about three years.”
