Following record-breaking rainfall and severe flooding that claimed at least nine lives over the weekend, Lexington, Kentucky, experienced snow squalls on Sunday morning. The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning in effect until 4:30pmET today, as flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to impact the area.
