Pete Davidson and Girlfriend Elsie Hewitt ‘Overflowing With Love’ After Welcoming Daughter Scottie
The arrival of Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt’s first child has been an emotional experience. The model, 29, confirmed that she and the Saturday Night Live alum, 32, had welcomed a daughter Dec. 12, gushing on Instagram that the newborn was “my best work yet” and that they were “overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief.”
In a touching move, the pair named their new little girl Scottie, in honor of Pete’s late father: Scott Matthew Davidson, a New York City firefighter, died during the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Days after the birth, Elsie, who was first linked with ladies’ man Pete in March, was still on cloud nine. “To all the moms, do u also just sit and stare at your baby and cry at how much you love them and can’t believe it’s yours,” she posted on social medial. “And that your body made this perfect thing and u don’t even know how to handle how in love u are so u just start crying.”
