Leading airport restaurateur and retailer Paradies Lagardère is broadening its culinary presence in airports across the U.S. with the debut of four new food and beverage concepts in California and Colorado — and more to come in San Francisco.

The company opened four new food and beverage offerings in the first quarter of the year, and took home three major honors at the 2025 Airport Experience Awards, recognizing its continued effort to bring locally inspired flavors and elevated hospitality to airport concourses.

In San Francisco International Airport (SFO), the company reopened Perrys on Jan. 28 in Terminal 1, restoring a long-time favorite known for its classic American fare and warm bistro ambiance. With roots in San Francisco going back more than a century, Perrys brings comfort food and local legacy back to travelers.

Denver International Airport (DEN) welcomed Aletitude on Feb. 28, a fresh dining destination that pays homage to the citys craft beer culture. The restaurant pairs locally sourced food with curated Colorado brews in a modern setting.

In Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), two new additions arrived in April. On April 8, wine lovers gained a new go-to with Vino Volo, an upscale yet relaxed wine bar. Just days later, on April 12, the sleek Trio restaurant opened, offering California-inspired cuisine, cocktails, and regional wines in a vibrant space.

Paradies Lagardère is also looking ahead to the launch of multiple eateries in the new SF Eats Food Hall inside SFOs Harvey Milk Terminal 1. The food hall will include renowned local brands such as Napa Farms Market, Equator Coffees, Pacific Cocktail Haven, and Tonys Pizza Napoletana.

“These exciting developments are part of our ongoing efforts to provide travelers with diverse and high-quality dining experiences that reflect the rich culinary scenes of the cities we serve,” says Claude Guillaume, senior vice president of restaurant operations for Paradies Lagardère. “Thanks to our incredible airport partners, were able to offer immersive dining experiences that help guests feel connected to the city even if theyre just passing through.”

Paradies Lagardère, a $1.6 billion company, operates in more than 90 North American airports and more than 700 locations, blending national reach with local flavor and award-winning service.

At the recent 2025 Airport Experience (AXN) Awards in Washington, D.C., the company was named Best Overall Retailer for the 28th consecutive year, and also received awards for Restaurateur with the Highest Regard for Customer Service and the Best Local-Inspired Restaurant Concept (Medium/Small Airports) for Uccellos Ristorante at Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR).
