Late pop singer Liam Payne left zilch to girlfriend Kate Cassidy, who was stunned to learn that every penny of the One Direction star’s $32.2 million estate will go to his 8-year-old son Bear, sources say.

The “Story of My Life” singer died without a will at 31 years old in October after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina — days after online influencer Kate, 26, left him to fly back to Florida, where she lived in Liam’s lavish rented mansion.

According to sources, Payne had been doling out $10,000 a month to Cassidy, who was also permitted to regularly run up $25,000 in monthly credit card charges for clothing and other expenses. Additionally, sources say the generous boybander footed the bill for a stylist for his girlfriend, who he began dating in late 2022 — but spending screeched to a halt with his untimely passing.

Now, sources claim that all of Liam’s assets will be placed in a trust for his only child, Bear, whose mother is songbird Cheryl Tweedy. The former Girls Aloud band member dated her baby daddy for two years before they split in 2018.

Cheryl, 41, and music lawyer Richard Bray have reportedly been tasked with managing Liam’s estate on behalf of his young heir.

Kate has not commented publicly about Liam’s estate, but amid talk of her receiving no payout from Payne, she posted a TikTok video about needing a “mental reset day.”

The blond beauty — who has openly expressed her grief over her lost partner — told her followers, “I’ve been laying in bed for the past hour. It’s one of those mornings where it’s hard for me to get out of bed and start my day.”

Yet another source insists, “She loved Liam through thick and thin, and she wouldn’t have it any other way than Bear being the main beneficiary.”
