“REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer JENNIFER TILLY owes her lavish lifestyle to another housewife — Marge Simpson!

The actress turned professional poker player, 66, was once married to Simpsons cocreator SAM SIMON — and still receives payments from the animated sitcom, which has been airing since 1989.

“I got a piece of The Simpsons in the divorce settlement,” she explains. “So every day — honestly, every day — I’m like, ‘Thank you, Sam!’ ”

That’s how she can afford over-the-top designer duds like the $33,000 Louis Vuitton purse shaped like a ship she sported on a recent Housewives jaunt. Meanwhile, her closet is filled with Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel and Valentino.

Jennifer, who’s not a full-fledged housewife but a “friend of,” reportedly has a net worth of $40 million.

The Liar, Liar star and Simon were married from 1984 to 1991. When he left the show in 1993, he made a deal that netted him $20 million to $30 million every year in merchandise licensing fees.

And as Jennifer puts it, at the time, no one knew the show “was gonna go on for trillions of years!””
