Ghirardelli Chocolate Company is introducing the limited Dubai Chocolate Sundae, its take on the viral pistachio chocolate trend, at its flagship location in San Francisco on March 8.

Inspired by the viral pistachio chocolate trend first created by Sarah Hamouda of Dubai-based Fix Dessert Chocolatier, Ghirardelli’s Dubai Chocolate Sundae blends the brand’s signature handmade hot fudge with layers of vanilla ice cream, pistachio butter, white chocolate, and kataifi, a crispy shredded phyllo pastry. The sundae is topped with a gold-leafed Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Caramel SQUARE, whipped cream, and caramel sauce, offering a rich fusion of flavors.

“As a brand rooted in crafting unforgettable chocolate experiences, we are excited to bring this special creation to our flagship location in San Francisco,” Lacey Zane, Vice President of Restaurant & Retail at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, said in a statement. “The Dubai Chocolate Sundae is the best of Ghirardelli tradition while bringing a fresh take on the latest viral sensation.”

Founded in 1852, Ghirardelli has built a legacy of combining tradition with innovation. The Dubai Chocolate Sundae is the latest example of the companys commitment to reimagining flavors while maintaining its signature craftsmanship.

The decadent Dubai Chocolate Sundae Experience launches for one day only at noon on March 8 in San Francisco’s Ghirardelli Square, while supplies last.

Following its San Francisco debut, the Dubai Chocolate Sundae Experience will head to New York City for one day only on March 22, at Ghirardellis Empire State Building location, giving fans on both coasts a limited time to try it.
