Carrie Underwood’s Beef With Mike Fisher!

Trouble is cooking between country cutie Carrie Underwood and bullheaded hubby Mike Fisher because the longtime vegetarian is grossed out by her meat-loving man’s carnivorous appetite — and he refuses to change his ways, sources dish.

The songbird — who is slated to join Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie on the judging panel of her old TV stomping ground American Idol in March — has been devoted to a plant-heavy diet since age 13 when she saw calves on her family’s cattle farm getting neutered.

Now 41, Underwood grows her own veggies, keeps bees on her Tennessee property and frequently posts photos on social media of her cooking, canning, pickling and baking!

But the “wannabe vegan” admits she can’t give up one dairy item, confiding, “I think cheesy things are my vice.”

However, an insider spills, “She’s tried to get Mike to eat more salads and meat-alternative foods, but he’s a die-hard meat lover.

“They have other things in common like their faith and family values — but this beef over food is a wrench in the wheel!”

According to the spy, Underwood obsesses over their household dinners and insists that their young sons — Isaiah, 9, and Jacob, 5 — eat mostly vegetarian, too. “She’s also very picky about what their boys eat.

She’d like to steer the whole family to eat more veggies and plant-based foods, but it hasn’t been easy,” squeals the insider.

“Mike is stubbornly refusing to change, and she’s none too happy about it because the smell of Mike’s steak searing in the pan makes her nauseated!”
